Hi, my name is Kristal Pratt. I am an affiliate broker with Franklin Realty in Dandridge, Tennessee. My husband and I live on our family cattle farm in Washburn, TN, which is located in Grainger County.  We have two adult children, two littles, a daughter in law and a 10 month old grandbaby. We also have a slew of animals which include, 7 dogs, a cat, 4 horses, rabbits and cattle.  In our spare time, we enjoy fishing and camping on Cherokee, Norris and Douglas Lakes. We are very active in our church in Powder Springs, Tennessee, & feel blessed to be able to call our neighbors our church family. You may find me at the Grainger County Register of Deeds Office in Rutledge Tennessee, as I work there a couple days a week. This has given me a lot of experience tracking down important information on deeds, easements, restrictions,  surveys and agreements made in the past for some Grainger County properties. I have been a nurse for the past 28 years and have worked in Jefferson, Hamblen, Sevier, Knox, Union, Anderson and Grainger Counties in Tennessee. I currently work as needed for the School Nurses in Grainger County.  As a nurse, I know the importance of having an advocate that is trustworthy, caring, loyal, punctual, hardworking, persistent & efficient. I believe if we all would live by the "do unto others what you'd have others do unto you" , that it would make a better world for us all.
